He has worked relentlessly over the past years in an effort to understand the needs of our environment and what could be accomplished with creativity. He is credited with designing the R&R system (Reassignment & Redistribution). A program that extends the life of post-consumer goods. He is the authority on the issue of waste controls and recycling.
